A hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day supply chain and support an exciting period of product and operational development.
About the Role
- Manage the supply chain from forecast through to customer fulfilment, working closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager and wider commercial teams.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing supply planning, forecasting and inventory across multiple channels
- Translating demand into factory POs and replenishment plans
- Managing 3PL partners, SLAs and fulfilment performance
- Monitoring stock availability, cover and excess inventory
- Supporting NPD, product transitions and S&OP
- Owning supply chain data, reporting and ERP accuracy
Your Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience across supply planning, demand planning or broader supply chain
- FMCG, food & drink, supplements or consumer goods background
- Experience managing 3PLs and external manufacturers
- Strong ERP and Excel / Google Sheets capability
- Subscription or DTC experience advantageous, although retail backgrounds will also be considered
- Proactive, hands-on and ready to take broader ownership
