Our client is a well established FMCG-Food brand, based in London. They have a high performing procurement function and this is a newly created role.

This opportunity will focus on building long term relationships with global suppliers, working cross functionally on new product innovation (NPI) and leading commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the procurement across various ingredients categories
  • Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers
  • Working with the innovation team on NPD and NPI
  • Leading commercial negotiations on various supplier contracts
  • Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented
Required experience:
  • 6+ years of ingredients procurement experience
  • Experience working within the QSR or Food Services industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • A passion for the food industry
