This is an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation, where you'll play a key role in balancing supply and demand across international markets while supporting major planning and systems improvement initiatives.

This is far more than a BAU planning role. The team is looking for someone who enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges, driving continuous improvement and taking ownership of projects from problem identification through to implementation.

Reporting into the Global Head of Supply Chain, you'll manage the end-to-end supply plan across an international product portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining healthy inventory levels across multiple global markets.

  • Managing supply planning across international manufacturing sites and distribution centres
  • Monitoring inventory performance, identifying supply risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Leading cross-functional projects focused on planning improvements, system enhancements and operational efficiency
  • Using data and scenario planning to support business decisions and improve supply performance

5+ years' experience within supply planning or end-to-end supply chain.

Experience within a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or FMCG.

Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Experience supporting S&OP, inventory optimisation and product lifecycle planning.

Power BI and SAP IBP experience would be advantageous.
