TalentPool is recruiting exclusively for one of Europe’s fastest-growing, family-owned coffee companies. We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager with a focus on winning new business in the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel.
What You Will Do
- Identify and win new business opportunities across cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and leisure venues
- Target independent operators to offer tailored branded and own-label solutions
- Build long-term relationships through networking, referrals, cold prospecting, and industry events
- Use data and customer insight to create value and spot strategic opportunities
- Support new site launches, equipment installations, and promotional events when needed
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive on building relationships from the ground up. You should be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, proactive in your approach, and genuinely passionate about great drinks and growing brands. A background in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality or coffee with a track record of meeting new business targets is desirable.
