Now entering an exciting new chapter of growth, they're looking to appoint a Head of Impact, Sustainability & Influence —a newly created leadership role that will play a pivotal part in protecting their legacy while helping shape the future. This is far more than a traditional sustainability role. You'll work at the intersection of science, environmental stewardship, product innovation, regulation and commercial strategy, ensuring the business continues to lead through evidence, credibility and thought leadership.
The Opportunity
- Developing and delivering the organisation's impact strategy
- Monitoring emerging scientific, environmental and regulatory developments
- Leading stewardship of key sustainability standards and certifications, including B Corp
- Translating insight into product and packaging innovation opportunities
- Building organisational capability around sustainability and impact
- Influencing industry thinking through research, partnerships and education
- Supporting commercial growth by strengthening product differentiation and evidence-based storytelling
You'll become the organisation's trusted voice on emerging trends, helping leadership anticipate change and make informed strategic decisions.
About You
We're looking for an intellectually curious and commercially aware leader who enjoys connecting ideas, people and opportunities:
- Senior experience in sustainability, environmental leadership, product stewardship or innovation
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn complex information into practical business action
- Strong scientific literacy and an evidence-led approach
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Excellent communication and thought leadership skills
- Ideally, experience within FMCG or another consumer products environment
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about creating meaningful impact and helping purpose-led organisations stay ahead of change.
