This rapidly growing direct to consumer business is looking for a Supply Planner who will be responsible for ensuring product and material availability aligns with demand and production requirements. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help maintain efficient inventory levels while supporting ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop supply plans based on demand forecasts
- Translate forecasts into production and procurement requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align supply plans
- Monitor inventory and manage risks of shortages or excess
- Analyse data to improve lead times, stock levels, and planning processes
- Maintain planning parameters within systems and provide regular reporting
- Support seasonal and campaign planning
About You
- Experience in supply, demand, or production planning (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system skills
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
