Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design process, delivering high-quality outputs that meet client needs and align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to create user-centric designs that exceed expectations.
  • Bring your design ideas to life by creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate and refine concepts.
  • Develop eye-catching user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and maintaining design consistency.
  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in web and mobile design, advocating for innovative design methods and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a strong and impressive portfolio showcasing your web and mobile design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, In Vision, Framer X, Zeplin, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles to ensure intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile app design, and web technologies to create cutting-edge designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and idea exchange.
  • Ability to merge creative thinking with a data-driven and user-focused approach, ensuring designs are not only visually stunning but also effective.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus, although not mandatory.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in web and mobile design, preferably within the Saa S or professional services sector.
  • Experience in a product-led environment is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to create solutions that enhance the user journey.
  • We are particularly interested in clean Corporate/Enterprise style portfolios that demonstrate your design capabilities.
  • Strong experience with Figma is essential for this role.
