You’ll play a crucial role in taking ownership of the Midlands region, managing established, high-value accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive continued sales growth.

The Opportunity:

You’ll operate out in the field, working closely with internal teams and product specialists to provide tailored technical expertise to your clients. With a varied day-to-day schedule, no two days will be the same. From supporting high-profile industry exhibitions to conducting hands-on product demonstrations, you'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative measurement solutions to solve complex manufacturing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients and potential customers to identify operational needs and promote precision measurement products and services.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads, collaborating alongside technical specialists where appropriate.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed regional targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using company IT and CRM systems.
  • Support industry exhibitions, product demonstrations, and marketing events as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to follow up on opportunities and ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on payment and client account queries.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and technical terms.

  • A team player who can also operate autonomously out in the field.
  • Full driving licence and a willingness to travel extensively within the Midlands region.
