Joining the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and efficiency. The role provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, and supports strategic decision-making to drive innovation and successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements- Knowledge: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of relevant engineering standards and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Experience: Extensive experience in mechanical design and engineering within a relevant industry. Chartership and ability to pass SC clearance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Capabilities: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, alongside strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Communication: Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to support client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept through to production.
