We are working with a fast-growing, highly regarded contractor with historic national roots delivering complex, technically demanding projects across the UK. This role will be looking after projects in and around the Midlands.
We are looking for a Mechanically biased PM with experience working on projects ranging from £100k to £2.5m. Clients vary from health, education to blue light to train stations to high spec residential and commercial.
Experience with JCT contracts is required; familiarity with NEC or P22 contracts is a plus. Ability to manage projects independently, without reliance on large support departments (e.g., purchasing, planning).
We are ideally looking for PMs with mechanical and fit-out experience. The key thing we are looking for is unrelenting ambition. If you are someone that can work out challenges to get things done then we are precisely the opportunity to take you right to the top.
