Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch, personalized approach.

Create visually engaging content using Canva and other tools for recruitment marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

Develop and post bespoke content to boost Talento's employer brand and attract top-tier talent.

Monitor associate feedback channels including Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google to increase positive employee sentiment and respond to feedback proactively.

Craft tailored outreach messages and introductions that reflect Talento's brand and values.

Interview Process & Calibration

Design and continuously improve structured interview processes that ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across all hiring decisions.

Partner closely with hiring managers and directors to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria.

Facilitate interview calibration sessions to ensure hiring teams are aligned and making informed, bias-conscious decisions.

Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.

Lead offer strategy in partnership with the Global Head of HR and hiring managers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with internal compensation frameworks.

Manage the full offer process from extension through acceptance, including negotiation, communication, and close.

Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to guide offer decisions and improve offer acceptance rates.

Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and directors across all teams, developing a deep understanding of their talent needs, team dynamics, and growth plans.

Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job scoping and job description development to final selection.

Responsible for weekly reporting on the performance of talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.

Build strong internal relationships that position the Talent Acquisition function as a strategic, value-added partner to the business.

Partner with the L&D team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, setting new hires up for success from day one.

Define, track, and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source of hire, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.

Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement across all regions and functions.

Deliver regular reporting and insights to the Global Head of HR and business leaders, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting efficiency, candidate quality, and overall hiring outcomes.

Employee Engagement and Event Coordination

Create and execute strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, focusing on both individual and team-level initiatives.
