You will play an active role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, owning and managing a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels for both candidates and clients. You will conduct candidate sourcing, business development, interview assessments, and client outreach, while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
  • Reach out to prospective clients within your market focus to develop brand awareness and arrange meetings to sell our tailored service and establish job requirements.
  • Serve as the go‑to person for hiring managers throughout active hiring and beyond to build and maintain long‑standing relationships.
  • Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations.
  • Oversee the entire recruiting process: sourcing, outreach, screening, submissions, interviews, feedback, offer, and aftercare.
  • Act as a partner to your client to ensure full understanding of requirements with weekly check‑ins to grow your business account.
  • Support development of sourcing plans and tactics with other recruiters, researchers, and client managers.
  • Build and maintain external networks by actively sourcing both active and passive candidates and prospective clients.
  • Document candidate screening through ATS and conduct structured interviews.
  • Use data to analyse, track, and support metrics for stakeholders.
  • Communicate search progress, tactics, market talent supply, and candidate fit with hiring managers during meetings.
  • Create search overview reports for clients, including market intelligence and activity summaries.
  • Compile weekly lifecycle metrics and achievement against goals.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects as needed.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

  • Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital.
  • 0–2 years of recruiting or sales experience.
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment is ideal.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing, and quality human interaction.
  • Pride in delivering quality work, every time.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
