The Lead Talent Partner combines hands‑on talent acquisition with employer branding, recruitment data and analytics, and broader HR generalist support, including managing the candidate experience, onboarding and day‑to‑day UK office operations.

The role is focused on attracting, hiring and retaining great people in line with the company’s growth and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for all UK roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management, acting as the primary in‑house recruiter for the UK market.
  • Build and manage UK requisition pipelines, ensuring time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire targets are met.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, ATS tools, Linked In Recruiter and talent databases, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Partner closely with UK hiring managers to define role requirements, build job scorecards and design effective interview processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to UK hiring managers, consulting on headcount planning, role prioritisation and org structure as it relates to staffing needs.
  • Educate and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, structured assessment and inclusive hiring techniques.
  • Drive a consistently excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer and handoff into onboarding.
  • Track and report on UK recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, cost‑per‑hire) to inform hiring strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reporting that give hiring managers and leadership visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress against plan.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements to sourcing channels, interview process or time‑to‑fill.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and talent market insights (salary benchmarking, competitor activity, talent availability) to hiring managers and leadership to support workforce planning decisions.
  • Own UK employer branding efforts, careers page presence, social content, job ad quality and candidate‑facing messaging, to strengthen the company’s positioning in the UK talent market.
  • Represent the company at UK recruitment events, career fairs and industry meet‑ups as needed.
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives for the UK population, in partnership with the broader People team.
  • Contribute to UK onboarding experience design, ensuring new hires have a strong first 90 days.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc UK HR projects as needed (e. g. internal communications, employee experience initiatives).
  • Oversee day‑to‑day UK office operations, including facilities, vendor relationships, supply procurement and space planning, ensuring a healthy, safe and productive working environment.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally as an in‑house/corporate recruiter in the UK market.
  • Proven track record of building strong hiring manager relationships and running structured, efficient interview processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience contributing to or owning employer branding initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment data and ATS reporting to track metrics and build hiring updates for stakeholders; advanced Excel/Sheets skills a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to act as a credible advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • General familiarity with UK employment practices is a plus, though this role is not responsible for UK employment law, payroll or compliance ownership.

Benefits

  • Culture focused on advancing your career while disrupting an industry and providing unrivaled service; rapid advancement and promotion opportunities based on merit.
  • Unlimited PTO.
