RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Manage calendars and scheduling requirements for members of the leadership team, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, reviews, and strategic engagements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, pre-reads, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the India leadership team’s office, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support planning and logistics for leadership meetings.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel itineraries for the leadership team, including flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Draft professional emails, communication notes, presentations, and reports as required.
- Act as a key liaison between the leadership team and internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and purchase orders in line with company processes.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership team events, guest visits, and interactions with global visitors, ensuring seamless planning, communication, and on-ground support.
- Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven experience managing senior leadership schedules.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools.
