Responsibilities

  • Introduce TalentMatched to your network.
  • Share the product with agencies, in‑house teams, or HR leaders.
  • Help them see how TalentMatched transforms inbound hiring.
  • Work around your existing job or business; no admin or selling required—TalentMatched handles demos, closing, onboarding, and support.

What You’ll Earn

  • You earn every month your introductions generate revenue.
  • Up to 40% commission of monthly recurring revenue.
  • Paid for the full term of the contract.
  • Typical introductions can generate £300–£3,000 monthly commission.

Candidate Profile

  • A strong network of hiring managers, TA leaders, or agency directors.
  • Credibility in recruitment or HR.
  • Passion for modern hiring technology.
  • Understanding of ATS/CRM workflows (Bullhorn, Mercury, Vincere, Workday, etc.).

How It Works

  • Introduce TalentMatched to your contacts.
  • We run the demos, proposals, and onboarding.
  • Once they go live, you receive monthly recurring commission.
