What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-house training on treatments and protocols
- Perform a range of luxury spa treatments to brand standards
- Support therapist development through coaching and feedback
- Help introduce new treatments and maintain consistency across sites
- Travel between resorts (with overnight stays when needed)
