Full-time | 50% Training, 50% Supervisory Duties

Join Champneys, the UK’s original health spa, in a rewarding dual role where you’ll train and coach our therapists, oversee daily spa operations, and drive excellence across our luxury resorts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Training & Development

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on treatments, protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Coach and mentor therapists to develop skills and confidence.
  • Support onboarding for new team members, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Assist in launching new treatments and ensuring consistency across locations.

Supervision & Spa Operations

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, professionalism, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Monitor therapist performance, retail sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support rota scheduling, recruitment activities, and stock management.
  • Work closely with the reception team to maximise revenue and deliver a seamless guest experience.

Travel

  • Occasionally travel between resorts for training and operational support (with overnight stays as required).

What You’ll Bring

  • NVQ Level 3+ in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in spa or beauty training, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong treatment and product knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
