About the Role:
As Spa Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa. You\’ll inspire, coach, and lead your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily spa operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments
- Handle challenges and team conflicts with confidence and discretion
- Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent client care
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Set and achieve sales targets for treatments and retail products
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections and act quickly to resolve any issues
- Collaborate with management on recruitment strategy and team growth
Health & Safety:
- Ensure all health, safety, and fire procedures are followed at all times
- Guarantee staff are appropriately trained and qualified
- Take overall responsibility for Health & Safety compliance within the spa
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in spa management or a senior spa leadership role
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices
- Competence in budgeting, reporting, and driving revenue
- Relevant qualifications in spa therapy or management (preferred)
