Talentmark are recruiting for a Hub Labeling Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12-months.
Salary: £21.10 per hour PAYE
Hub Labeling Manager Role:
- Own the end-to-end preparation and upkeep of product labeling documents for a set of assigned markets, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
- Produce a range of supporting documentation required for regulatory submissions, and carry out quality checks on work produced by the wider team.
- Act as a go-to expert on labeling rules and requirements across multiple countries and regions, sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues.
- Get involved in digital innovation projects, helping to explore how new technologies such as automation and machine learning can improve regulatory processes.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders, including supporting responses to inspection queries and health authority questions.
Your Background:
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy or a related field, or solid equivalent experience in a regulatory environment.
- Good working knowledge of pharmaceutical labeling and regulatory requirements, ideally gained in a country or regional regulatory affairs role.
- Comfortable working with data and systems — experience with Excel, SharePoint or similar tools is expected.
- Strong attention to detail, good written communication, and the ability to pick up new software and processes quickly.
- Fluent in English; German or French language skills preferred.
