Talentmark are recruiting for a Project Manager (Contracts & Commercial) to join a multinational, multi-industry company, on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid based (Stone, Staffordshire). The Company: Our client is a multinational company in a range of industries including, renewable energy and healthcare products. Salary: Up to £397 per day (PAYE) Project Manager (Contracts & Commercial) Role: ● Support the contracts and commercial side of a major transformer business, helping keep projects on track and protected. ● Act as a point of contact for the wider team on contract-related questions and issues. ● Help build contract strategies that balance risk, cost, scope and timing. ● Review contract documents to spot risks early and flag opportunities. ● Manage the commercial side of contracts day-to-day, including payments, claims and variations. ● Work closely with the Legal team on negotiations, disputes and finalising agreements. Your Background: ● Solid experience in a similar contracts or commercial role. ● A good communicator who works well with people at all levels. ● Hands-on experience with NEC contracts, including payment applications and early warnings. ● Strong general commercial management background. ● Happy with a hybrid setup, coming into the office when needed.
