Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM-focused organisation in our Stevenage office. This role requires 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment role. While a background in the scientific or engineering industry is helpful, we focus on finding the right person and will coach you for the rest. We expect proactive candidates with a positive mentality who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day.

Responsibilities- Sourcing quality candidates for our key clients for contract roles.
- Developing long‑standing relationships with our contractors.
- Managing the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Providing well‑briefed and well‑matched candidates to our clients via online applicant tracking portals.
At Talentmark, we provide a dedicated back‑office team that handles all onboarding administration, allowing you to remain customer‑facing.
SalaryUp to £27,500 per annum plus commission. We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience and an excellent uncapped commission structure where success is both recognised and rewarded.
