Talentmark is recruiting for a Site Civil Supervisor to join a multinational, multi-industry company on a contract basis until the end of December 2026.
Salary: up to £351.90 per day PAYE / £467.82 per day Umbrella
Site Civil Supervisor Role:
- Provide on-site supervision of the Builders’ Work packages.
- Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements and risk assessments (RAMS).
- Review specification drawings in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with site H&S rules, RAMS, and CDM requirements.
Your Background:
- 5–10+ years of construction industry experience (heavy construction civils projects, rather than domestic/housebuilding).
- Demonstrable experience managing Builders’ Work / Civil packages on live projects.
- HSE Experience (IOSH accreditation).
- Experience of the closing out of Quality QAs.
- Ideally, a CSCS cardholder (manager) / SSSTS qualification (supervisor).
- A HNC / HND / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
