Talentmark are recruiting for an EMEA Replenishment Specialist to join a multinational manufacturer of coatings and sealants, on a 14 month contract. This role is based on site in Shildon, County Durham.
Salary: £16 per hour, PAYE. Rates are dependent upon experience.
EMEA Replenishment Specialist Role:
- Responding to customer requests for quotes and delivery lead times.
- Receiving orders and checking the details, including specifications, stock availability and export paperwork.
- Working with production teams to confirm delivery times when items aren’t in stock.
- Creating orders on the company’s system, confirming receipt and reviewing open orders weekly to update customers on deadlines.
- Handling returns, issuing credit notes where needed and completing the regular OTIF (On Time, In Full) report.
Your Background:
- Experience in an admin, customer service, order processing or sales support role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, sorting and filtering).
- Strong attention to detail, with clear and professional communication by phone and email.
- Good organisation and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Desirable: experience with a system such as SAP, or in manufacturing, aerospace or export documentation.
It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
