Senior Process & Production Engineer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Approximately £60,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Talentmark is recruiting a Senior Process & Production Engineer to join a chemical manufacturing company at its site in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the Engineering Department.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers.
- Drive the digitalisation of production and warehousing.
- Analyse and improve existing production processes.
- Support the introduction and scale-up of new products alongside R&D.
- Implement new technologies and develop engineering solutions to plant challenges.
Your Background
- Degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical Engineering.
- Strong chemical knowledge and understanding.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ATEX procedures.
- Ideally located within 25 miles of Stoke-on-Trent.
