Talentmark are recruiting for a Senior IT Product Owner to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary: Paying between £28.95 and £38.60 per hour PAYE.
Senior IT Product Owner role:
- Lead the delivery and evolution of new digital products or services that address business problems or opportunities.
- Define, refine, and prioritise product requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities.
- Partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product direction, align priorities, and manage trade-offs.
- Provide product leadership for incidents, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in line with business impact and service expectations.
- Provide clear reporting on product status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance products and ways of working through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information, Business Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those completing their degree are encouraged to apply).
