Logistics Operator
Talentmark is recruiting for a Logistics Operator to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension.
Salary: £12.71 per hour . This role works day shifts only and will include weekends.
Location: Runcorn, at the client site.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of finished product, including document completion and data logging of shipments.
- Pick, replenish, load and store components or products to facilitate the production plan.
- Process all deliveries in a timely manner in accordance with company processes. Perform a suitable handover with the oncoming shift.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the warehouse conveyor system, clearing any basic blockages and recording discrepancies using the relevant ADR’s and logbooks.
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 3 qualification – NVQ L3, BTEC National, ONC or C&G L3 in logistics/engineering or a scientific field.
- FLT license is essential.
- Ideally competent in SAP processing.
- Experience working in a regulated industry desirable (e.g., Pharma, Food, Aerospace).
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing or cold chain logistics in a suitable environment (e.g., food) would be nice to have.
