Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM focused organisation at our Head Office in Chesterfield. This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 – 2 years in a 360-recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would be helpful, we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. We are looking to meet with proactive candidates, with a positive mentality, who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day.

Responsibilities: You will be working with established engineering, chemical and materials manufacturers, with your main responsibilities being:

  • Promotion of Talentmark services during dedicated business development time.
  • Development of long-standing key client relationships.
  • Management of the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
