Talentmark are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of 2026. This role is hybrid with 1 day per week on site in Motherwell.

Salary: £210.77 per day PAYE

HR Business Partner Role:

  • Deliver people strategies that directly enable business performance.
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of an HR team in their day-to-day operational roles.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the HR function.
  • With limited guidance, provide HR support to employees and management across assigned service areas, business units, or departments.
  • Provide expertise, support and advice to assigned management teams.

Your Background:

  • Hold a relevant degree or HR qualification.
  • Working experience in an HR generalist position.
  • Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
  • Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good coaching and counseling skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
