The Role: Combining the responsibilities of a field-based Medical Science Liaison and an internal Medical Advisor, you will: Build trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across obesity, weight management and the wider cardiometabolic landscape. Shape medical strategy through external insights, scientific exchange and landscape mapping. Take ownership of medical materials, scientific communications and activities supporting future launch readiness. Work cross-functionally to translate clinical evidence into actionable medical priorities. Help develop the team's capabilities through collaboration, knowledge-sharing and mentoring.About You’ll bring: Proven pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience, ideally spanning both field-based and internal strategic responsibilities. Experience in obesity, weight management or an adjacent therapeutic area, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease or metabolic health. Strong scientific credibility and the ability to translate complex evidence into meaningful insights. The confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and influence stakeholders at all levels. A relevant life sciences, pharmacy or medical qualification, alongside a sound understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.Pre-launch experience and a track record of working across broad Medical Affairs responsibilities would be advantageous.
