Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary: Paying £200-£230 per day PAYE, or £265-£305 Umbrella.

Lab Support Coordinator Role:

  • User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.
  • Customer training.
  • Troubleshooting, sales and customer support.
  • Software modifications and product maintenance.
  • Assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.

Your Background:

  • Biochemistry / pathology background.
  • Thorough understanding of IVD industry.
  • Experience of support of pathology lab solutions.
  • Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments - mostly biochemistry.
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
