Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: Paying £200-£230 per day PAYE, or £265-£305 Umbrella.
Lab Support Coordinator Role:
- User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.
- Customer training.
- Troubleshooting, sales and customer support.
- Software modifications and product maintenance.
- Assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.
Your Background:
- Biochemistry / pathology background.
- Thorough understanding of IVD industry.
- Experience of support of pathology lab solutions.
- Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments - mostly biochemistry.
- Excellent customer facing skills.
