Talentmark are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of December 2026. Salary: Up to £33.28 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.

HR Business Partner Role:

  • Partner with managers and employees across the business to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, HR policies, employment legislation and people processes.
  • Support the delivery of local and global HR initiatives, helping to drive consistency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and shared service teams to ensure an effective and seamless HR service.
  • Assist managers with recruitment, onboarding and talent-related activities.

Your Background:

  • Hold a relevant degree, ideally within Human Resources, Business or a related discipline or have equivalent working experience.
  • Previous experience working within a generalist HR position, supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities.
  • Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • HR qualification or professional accreditation would be advantageous.
