Talentmark are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to cover the East Midlands, supporting a secondary care Ophthalmology portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual who is looking to move from primary care into secondary care, or for someone with a strong account management background who enjoys building relationships and driving engagement across a clinical setting.

This is a contract role through to the end of March 2027, with the potential to extend beyond this point or move into a permanent position.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and grow relationships across key accounts within secondary care Ophthalmology.
  • Develop and execute account plans to support product uptake and patient access.
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and build strong stakeholder relationships across the NHS environment.
  • Support the wider team in delivering business plans and market development activity.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a customer-facing commercial role within healthcare, pharma, or medtech.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a defined territory.
  • An interest in developing within secondary care, particularly Ophthalmology.
  • A proactive, resilient, and commercially focused approach.
