Talentmark are recruiting for a Hub Submission Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: Up to 26.04 phr PAYE, or 34.09 phr Umbrella.
Hub Submission Manager Role:
- Manage the preparation and delivery of regulatory submissions to Health Authorities across regional and national markets.
- Coordinate timelines, translation requirements and document builds with internal teams and country representatives.
- Identify opportunities to reuse and adapt submission content across multiple markets to improve efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on dossier types and submission processes, supporting and mentoring colleagues where needed.
- Escalate and resolve any issues that could affect submission timelines or delivery to Health Authorities.
Your Background:
- Experience coordinating regulatory submissions within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Solid understanding of electronic submission build, eCTD standards and regional filing requirements.
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working with document management systems and submission planning tools.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or IT or equivalent professional experience.
