Talentmark is recruiting on behalf of an established bioscience organisation that provides specialist research support services to the global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences sectors. The company plays an important role in advancing scientific research by supporting preclinical studies within a highly regulated environment.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-level support to the UK leadership team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential administrative and operational support to the UK Director and senior management team. You will coordinate executive activities, manage communications, organise meetings and travel, and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate executive schedules.
- Handle and prioritise incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Organise meetings, business travel and corporate events.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record accurate minutes.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and business documentation.
- Support effective communication between senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Help ensure clear communication across multiple UK sites.
Your Background:
- A highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining complete confidentiality.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and business functions, with occasional travel requirements.
- UK Drivers license essential as site not accessible via public transport.
