Talentmark are recruiting for a HEOR Project Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Bracknell. Salary: Up to 35.08 per hour PAYE or 45.76 per hour via an umbrella company. This role is inside IR35.
HEOR Project Manager Role:
- Project manage HEOR and RWE projects through full life cycle
- Manage third-party organisations (CROs/TPOs) including vendor onboarding, contracting and invoicing
- Monitor timeline risk with proactive escalation and mitigation
- Provide oversight of process compliance
Your Background:
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge
- A background in HEOR and RWE studies in the pharmaceutical industry
- Background in supporting both strategy and operations
- Familiarity with automation of routine PM tasks such as invoice tracking, milestone monitoring, and portfolio dashboards
- Hold a project management certification e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or similar
