Talentmark are recruiting for a CNC Operator/Programmer, to join a resin and composites company, based in Heanor on a permanent basis. The expected salary range for this position will start at around £31,000 which will be flexible based on experience.

The Company: Our client is an advanced materials and speciality chemical company focused on the manufacture of resins.

Your main duties will be:

  • Safely handle and process composite materials, epoxy tooling boards, and metal alloys according to specifications.
  • Utilize CAD/CAM software to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC machines, preferably in a composites or advanced materials environment.
  • Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong competency with CAD/CAM systems.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 25kg.
