Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis. Working hours for this role: 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday.
Key duties will include:
- Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and project objectives.
- Maintain GMP-compliant project documentation, including change controls and validation records.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to support project execution.
- Track project progress, budgets, risks, and actions, providing regular status updates.
Your Background:
- Experience supporting engineering, maintenance, facilities, or capital projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of GMP, change control, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments.
