Talentmark is recruiting for a Global Access Strategy Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis initially for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Slough. Salary is £40.62 per hour PAYE or £55.87 per hour via Umbrella.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development, maintenance and timely delivery of core payer evidence and value deliverables.
- Develop and maintain payer evidence and value deliverables.
- Provide evidence-based inputs and drafting support that help translate strategic assumptions, scenarios, access risks and trade-offs.
- Identify payer-relevant evidence gaps and access risks and coordinate with Health Economics and Real World Evidence colleagues to inform evidence generation priorities.
- Provide structured evidence inputs to Health Economics and Real World Evidence leads for inclusion in relevant evidence governance forums.
Qualifications:
- Experience in market access related roles within the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
- Experience supporting global or asset-level payer evidence or access projects.
- Direct experience supporting affiliates with HTA submissions, payer interactions or local adaptation of global value materials.
- Understanding of payer and HTA decision-making in at least one major market.
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.

Location:
This role is based at our client's site in Slough. It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK. This role may be subject to a satisfactory basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
