Talentmark are recruiting for a Senior QA Officer to join a pharmaceutical CRO, based in Livingston, Scotland, on a permanent basis. The salary is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

The Company

Our client is a Pharmaceutical Contract Research Organisation, supporting various industries in the development and release of new medicines.

Your main duties will be:

  • To formulate company Quality policy and establish a Quality Management System.
  • Strong understanding of GMP principles.
  • Experience of Audit preparation and inspection readiness.
  • To archive manufacturing batch records.
  • To record internal incidents and implement changes through the CAPA system.
  • To record product-related complaints and investigate root causes.

Your Background

  • Graduate in Life sciences, Chemistry or related scientific discipline (BSc minimum).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a QA role within a GMP or life sciences environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic Quality Management Systems.
