Talentmark is seeking a Director of Laboratory Operations for a well-established CRO in the West Midlands.
This permanent, hybrid role requires a minimum of three days on-site each week, including Mondays, to lead a team of scientists and ensure high-quality, compliant laboratory work.
Reporting to the CSO, you will drive innovation, oversee assays, platform technologies, and collaborate with clients to deliver timely progress updates and fit-for-purpose solutions for drug discovery programs.
