Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: Paying £12.97 per hour PAYE.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Process and prioritise customer orders across multiple systems in line with SLAs.
- Perform accurate data entry and support maintenance of product and system codes.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock availability and support order fulfilment processes.
- Log and support investigation of product and service complaints in line with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal quality procedures.
Your Background
- Previous experience within customer service, administration, planning, or supply chain environments.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- IT literate, including working knowledge of Excel.
