Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Data Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 8 months. Salary paying up to £21.78 per hour PAYE and £28.18 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).
Customer Data Representative Role:
- Validating new customer account requests in SAP.
- Updating customer records in SAP.
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing info.
- Manage and record queries and resolve with the relevant team.
- Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customer and deal with errors.
Background:
- Previous experience of managing customer data, creating accounts, updating records within an IT system (e.g., SAP).
- Good understanding of SAP, how data connects and relates in customer records.
- Customer service experience – dealing with complex queries/complaints over the phone.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
