Demand Planning Associate Role:

  • Monitor demand and supply, flagging any imbalances.
  • Support weekly supply-demand review meetings.
  • Plan resources day-to-day and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Support medium and long-term capacity planning.
  • Keep system data accurate and support stock levels.

Your Background:

  • A-Levels or equivalent, plus English and Maths GCSEs.
  • Experience using a CRM or similar system.
  • Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced role.
  • Strong communicator at all levels.
  • Demand planning or healthcare experience is a plus.
