Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful STEM focused organisation at our Head Office in Chesterfield. This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 – 2 years in a 360-recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would be helpful, we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. We are looking to meet with proactive candidates, with a positive mentality, who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day.

The Company: Established over 55 years ago, Talentmark Group are a successful specialist scientific recruitment consultancy within the life science, chemical and engineering industries in the UK, Europe and USA. We are an innovative and forward-thinking recruitment company and are proud to work with the world’s top scientific organisations.

Responsibilities: You will be working with established engineering, chemical and materials manufacturers, with your main responsibilities being:

  • Promotion of Talentmark services during dedicated business development time.
  • Development of long-standing key client relationships.
  • Management of the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients.

At Talentmark we are proud to share that we have a dedicated back-office team, who support with all onboarding administration, allowing you to remain customer facing.

Salary: £45,000 OTE (Uncapped) year 1. We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience. In addition, we provide an excellent uncapped commission structure where success is both recognised and rewarded.
