Talentmark are recruiting for a Senior Manager, UK/IE Pharmacovigilance to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12-months maternity cover.
Salary: Up to £27 phr to £35.98 phr PAYE
Role:
- Oversee UK/IE Pharmacovigilance daily operations including adverse event management, reconciliations, quality checks, and risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with UK/IE pharmacovigilance legislation, Good Vigilance Practices and company quality systems.
- Support and maintain the UK/IE Pharmacovigilance system including local PSMF activities and compliance monitoring.
- Provide technical expertise on UK/IE pharmacovigilance regulations, including MHRA and HPRA requirements.
- Manage vendor oversight activities relating to digital media monitoring, market research and Patient Support Programmes.
- Support audit and inspection readiness activities and collaborate during inspections and audits.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical or biological sciences or equivalent experience.
- Established pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of EU and UK/IE pharmacovigilance regulations and legislation.
- Experience with Risk Management Programmes (RMPs) and additional Risk Minimisation Measures (aRMMs).
- Previous team leadership or management experience preferred.
