Talentmark are recruiting for a Biomarker Asset Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the office in Welwyn Garden City.
Salary: From £339.27 - £376.97 per day PAYE or £450 to £500 per day via umbrella
Biomarker Asset Manager Role:
- Accountable for consistent, end-to-end operational planning and execution of study-level biomarker strategies.
- Contribute to the development of protocols, ICFs, Biomarker Management Plan (BMP) and associated study documents.
- Manage activities of central laboratory and speciality biomarker labs/vendors, and testing sites.
- Provide technical knowledge related to biomarker analyses.
- Have oversight of the testing site monitor and the testing site monitoring activities.
Your Background:
- Hold a university degree or equivalent years of experience, preferred focus in life sciences.
- Working experience in a clinical research/operations setting, clinical/diagnostic development, or pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
- Clinical development experience with evidence of working in teams running clinical studies.
- Possess strong knowledge of drug development process and respective regulations, including ICH, GCP and associated ISO standards.
- Have clinical or laboratory experience with evidence of involvement in the processing and/or analysis of biological samples.
