Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site based in Basingstoke.
Salary: £14.87 ph to £19.78 ph PAYE, depending upon experience.
Quality Assurance Associate Role:
- Product quality complaints for human health medicines from UK and IE customers, health care professionals, external parties and sales representatives.
- Perform all activities related to the product complaint sample collection process.
- Ensuring documents are generated, controlled and retained in accordance with SOPs which meet global quality standards.
- Support quality assurance audits – internal and external – and closure of observations.
- Ensuring any confirmed failures of product or processes are reported to management.
Your Background:
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
- Good knowledge of GDP procedures and Global Quality Standards.
- Previous experience in a quality-focused role, preferably within the pharma or healthcare industries.
- Great communication skills.
