Talentmark are recruiting for a Manual QA Tester to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

This role is hybrid, based in Wrexham with 2 to 3 days remote working.

Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs.

  • Run manual tests on the web portal and mobile apps, covering functional, regression and exploratory testing.
  • Test patient-facing journeys such as sign-up, forms, data entry and notifications.
  • Write clear test scripts in Jira and Xray, linked back to requirements.
  • Log and track bugs, working closely with developers to get them fixed.
  • Test on real phones and tablets, including different languages and time zones.
  • Work daily alongside developers and the wider testing team in the Wrexham office.
  • Your Background
  • Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, thorough approach.
  • Comfortable writing and running structured test cases (Jira/Xray a plus, not essential).
  • Clear written communication, able to write bug reports developers can action.
  • Good grasp of testing basics, including regression versus exploratory testing.

It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
