Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Experience Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months (25–30 hours per week).
Salary: £20.32 to £27.10 per hour PAYE
Field Experience Manager Role:
- Own and manage all operational aspects of new employee onboarding, ensuring a positive first experience for all new starters.
- Co-create and manage ongoing field education, serving as content owner for all onboarding materials.
- Partner with HR, Sales Trainers, and Brand Teams to execute New Learner training across all therapy areas.
- Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring all learning plan assignments remain current.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing measurement plans and supporting the transition between training platforms.
Your Background:
- Proven experience in a learning & development, training, or field experience management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with learning management systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.

Location: This role is based at our client's site in Basingstoke, on a hybrid basis with 2 days on site per week.
